To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Acceptable Use
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use our API for lawful purposes only, including building applications, conducting market research, and integrating real estate data into your products.
4.2 Prohibited Activities
You may not:

- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense API access without authorization

5. Billing and Payments

5.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our authorized payment provider. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method according to the selected billing cycle.
5.3 Overage Charges
If you exceed your monthly request limit, overage charges will apply at the rate specified in your plan. Overage charges are billed at the end of each billing cycle.
6. Data Usage
All data provided through our API is sourced from publicly available information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. You are responsible for verifying data accuracy for your use case.
7. Intellectual Property
Our API, documentation, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of applications you build using our API, but you may not claim ownership of the underlying API technology or data sources.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealtyAPI.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription from your dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the API will be revoked.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
