14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, no questions asked. If you're not satisfied with RealtyAPI for any reason, simply request a refund and Paddle process it promptly.
Payment Provider: All payments and refunds are processed through Paddle, our authorized Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment transactions, invoicing, and refund processing on our behalf.
1. Our Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with RealtyAPI. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund with no exceptions or conditions within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal date. No conditions, no questions asked.
2. Free Plan
The Free plan requires no payment and is not subject to refunds. You can use the Free plan to test our API before committing to a paid subscription.
3. Paid Subscriptions
3.1 14-Day Refund Window
All paid subscriptions come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Within this period, you can request a full refund without any reason.
3.2 Subscription Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
3.3 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel:
- Your subscription ends immediately
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- If within 14 days, you can request a full refund
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within your 14-day window:
Please note that in respect of subscription services your right to cancel is only present following the initial subscription and not upon each automatic renewal. To cancel your order, you must inform Paddle of your decision. To ensure immediate processing, please do so by contacting them here*.
Paddle may refuse a refund request if they find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour that entitles Paddle to counterclaim the refund.
5. Refund Processing
5.1 Processing
Once your refund is approved, Paddle will process the refund to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle.
5.2 Processing Time
Refunds will be processed not later than 14 days after you inform about refund, depending on your payment provider and bank.
5.3 Currency
Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original transaction. Exchange rate differences may apply.
6. Paddle's Role
Paddle acts as our Merchant of Record and is responsible for processing all payments and refunds. When you subscribe to RealtyAPI, your payment relationship is with Paddle. Paddle handles:
- Payment processing and billing
- Invoicing and receipts
- Refund processing
- Tax collection and compliance
- Chargebacks and disputes
