Historical / off-market addresses will 404 — use [/details/byid](https://realtyapi.io/dashboard?tab=playground&api=realestateau&endpoint=detailsbyid) with a known `listingId` for those. - If you already know the `listingId` (returned in every `/search/*` response, or visible at the end of a property URL), prefer [/details/byid](https://realtyapi.io/dashboard?tab=playground&api=realestateau&endpoint=detailsbyid).
